I have been tired and sleepy. Yesterday, I discover that a bottle of coke can make my heart palpitate so much that I won’t realise I’m weary. I don’t drink coke a lot. I bought it during one of the spurofthemoment things.

I also had a conversation with Valen during work about the things that make us happy. I like conversations like that. Because I think it’s funny how different things make different people happy. S is happy because it has been raining a lot on her side of the world. Deb has got a new coat. My sister, Di, is happy because she’s finally had the time to do the things she’d like to do. Another is happy because of a new LCD 30something inch tv. When Valen asked what made me happy (or what I would spend my money on), I said food. And backpacking and spontaneous trips. I also like to sit by the drain to watch the river flow. Or fall asleep on the grass. I think that fascinates me because you can’t do that very much now in spore.

I also think Valen is a very cheesy name.

In honour of the weekend, I have come up with a list of the things that have made me happy this week. Here is the list.
