It’s thanksgiving, apparently. Give or take a few days. And since mom and dad are in the States – I kinda figured I’d get on with the festivities at home and break some bread (while they enjoy the turkeys and cranberry with my aunt + grandma in America! Grr).
Number one in my to-do list this festive season is to think of things to be thankful for. I assure you, this list is/will nvr be exhaustive! – im probably skimming the surface as of now. [skimming=the word sounds like skim milk! harhar! ew.]
SO I am thankful for good health and family and youth(like eagleswings). I am thankful for grace that abounds, for special breakfasts. For oldfriends and family who shares bagels and toast and eats one less sausage just so you’ll get to have the last piece. For text messages. And for those who pray.

I am also thankful for cheap plane tickets, kaya doughnuts, vicks vapour rub, big baggy tshirts and dvd rental stores.But above all else, am grateful that ________________________________ (fillinthespaces).
OhDear, the idea of ‘aboveallelse’ sounds so conclusive and definitive (like a fullstop) – that I don’t know what to put in that blank!
