So I hit the gym during lunch yesterday and left extremely red-faced + breathless! It’s been awhile since I returned to the regular momentum of swim + run so stamina was off, but it was a good workout as I felt I was about to implode. _______

This week will also be filled with toomuch food+feasting! So gym eased all guilt = I can now eat to my hearts content hurhur. VBad concept! Yesterday, Z and I headed down to Novena’s Vienna seafood/international buffet dinner for his pre-birthday celebrations! Happyjoy. Grin. We were incredibly full after but I didn’t get to drink the crocodile soup + drunken herbal prawns that Ash recommended! Still, no loss! I intend to bring Dad + Mom there on Dad’s birthday heehee so I can feast again Y U M!
I was REALLYamazed: there was a huge selection of tea (and sewwwpretty rose tea + rose buds that came in chinaware). And Viennese cakes + sashimi + lobsters etcetc.
