I finally hit the pool yesterday (after weeks of procrastination + festivities + overeating !!) and it felt so so good! I must say that I am growing to love the cold water AND the way stress Plus pressure simply slide away whenever I plunge into the water.

A n d I am eatingtoomuch! OhNo!.

After gym, I met up with Z and we adjourned to his place for a game of table tennis! I sound so sporty but really, it’s ONLY because I bought some cheap rackets from carrefour. Hurhur.

Whereintheworld is all this pent up energy coming frm?!

Anyway, there’s been changes/reshuffling (big+small) happening at work & I am holdingmybreath and believing in mountaintops. Doubleportions + walking in faith/hope/sound mind. No more turningback// lookingback!

Still, there are days+moments of confusion and all I want to do is bitemynails and bemoan the loss of proper shelving and routines, amongst other things. But Im learning to shift gears of thought a.t.m. so dawnhu don’t thinktoomuch!
