of sales and shopping and saturdays

I had the weirdest dream (I think!!).

I was walking into a vintage store and lusting after a public telephone. Thing is, I already have one of those orange, public telephones at home - got it at the thieves market! Anyway I woke up wondering WHAT IN THE WORLD DID THAT MEAN?

On another note, I’ve been shopping!! I start on an exciting project this Monday so I had to get some decent clothes. : ) I got a happysummer dress from Hula & Co.! Y a y!

I’m also still feeling all girlygirl from my hot pink manicured hands. Lol.

Wonder how long it’ll last!

Lalala.

thankyou!

Hello world!

if you’re new to this space because you clicked on links about how MY TWIN SISTER GOT MARRIED AND HAD THE COOLEST BASH EVER, welcome! I’m sure she’ll be stunned by your kind words and compliments when she returns. It’s incredibly special as everything was done up by friends, family and the bride herself so they’ll be overjoyed to know you had fun seeing the pictures as well!

Here’s a picture of my sister and I looking premature and tiny. She’s 9 minutes older, is a teacher by profession, and is currently in Hong Kong for a short break before heading off to New York in Dec for a ‘proper’ honeymoon.

You can see more of her wedding invites in the form of an old-school exercise book here. (What can I say? They’re both teachers!)

I’ve always had a quirky family and we grew up having christmas themed parties. Like this one where we came as christmas icons (christmas reruns, 3 wise men, gingerbread men).  Or the one where we dressed up as superheroes and villains.

Feel free to drop a note  or link to share your ideas or parties you’ve had as well! We’re still looking for an idea for this year’s annual christmas dress-up : )

Have a good week ahead!
