I have a weakness for new eateries.
And with new malls sprouting allovertheplace here in singapore, I’ll say _______ (?). Bring it on! I can’t wait to check out the Peking duck at the newly-established Ion. Di and I also hope to bring mom and dad there on Wed so it’ll be a good chance to explore more eateries. Hurhur. STILL, I managed to pop by Sho Teppan a few weeks ago and Imustsay it totally satisfied my craving for yummy beef!
Being an incredibly picky meat eater , I was happy that we could kinda ‘cook it ourselves’ so to speak. The pictures of the beef + meat were all taken before we cooked them over the electronic hot plate. I’m a sucker for novelties like that.

Here’s the gorgeous layered pork slabs ($12) – I thought it had better seasoning than the beef. !

It comes as a set and price range varies from $12 to $21 (wagyu in shabu shabu sauce) – depending on your selection.

I thought it was pretty good!
