Growing up, I read Archie comics in the bathroom, at the doctors, during family reunions… everywhere. The storyline and plots would revolve around his running between the rich heiress  or the down-to-earth blonde Betty whom I absolutely adored. I loved the way she dressed and her choice of milkshakes. She was the girl next door hurhur.

Today, I awake to discover that after 67-long, long, long years, Archie has made his choice. And he is going to marry Veronica.
