So many changes are taking place and I am terrified but delighted at the same time(!)
This is a sketch of a green tea latte I had during a meeting yesterday.
Taste and see (that the Lord is good!).

I’m teetering on the edge of a bad flu – which is not good to say the least! Admittedly, I’ve been having too many late nights, too much rich food and haven’t been drinking enough water since the festival started. Butbutbut(!) I have a little bit more time on my hands now since we’re clearing up post-reports so I intend to sort my immune system out.
I have always been inspired by my dear friend D who takes care of herself really well (and who got me started on a gym membership last year!). I discovered this morning that she has embarked on a sugar-free, starch-free and carbs-free diet. While I’m no way near starch-free, I reaaaly want to try to stay sugar-free and start being more consientious in my water intake. I’ve nvr had a lot of discipline wrt to this sooo I’m looking at this as a personal challenge (+ conviction)!
So here goes. It’s not even lunch time and I’ve had 4 glasses of water!

Sun Tent in the day – where we held literature talks, listened to nobel prize winners, attended screenwriting sessions.

Sun Tent at night. (!)

Here I am, taking a breather in between the madness. Good times!
