Dawn is an identical twin and began her career as a storyteller at the age of 7 (with her sister as audience and partner). Since then, she has plunged head on in her creative pursuits and taken her love for words and narratives (and tea) to places beyond her nighttime escapades: TV production, Teacher, Concepter, Entertainment Writer, Magazine Editor and Public Relations.

Inspired by the theoretical underpinnings of Cultural Studies and Cinema Studies at the University of Melbourne, Dawn then pursued a Masters Degree in Professional Communications where she received professional trainings in PR, Marketing Communications and Writing. Today, Dawn strives to live for a greater cause.

An evangelist in Standing In The Gap, Dawn has met and interviewed a growing list of personalities. From Mel Gibson, rocker Dave Grohl, Jackie Chan, Andy Lau to lawyers, chefs, policy-makers. She has come to realise that everyone has an unsaid story waiting to be told and she is inspired to give voice to the voiceless.

  1. Hi Dawn,
I was looking for some cool nametags and I found your page. I saw a couple of cool nametags which your sister had for the themed wedding back in 2009. I wonder if you still have the place/contact on where I can get these customized nametags produced. I’ll appreciate if you find a few minutes to drop me an email or sms at jaynealethea@gmail.com and 98286006! thanks

Ps. I did copywriting and worked in PR for 3 years :) something we’ve got in common
